Cole & Mason Pink Himalayan Salt

Eat our Pink Himalayan Salt with a beetroot carpaccio. Take a raw, peeled beetroot and slice as thin as you can. Make a dressing by mixing fresh lemon juice, olive oil and pink Himalayan salt. Garnish with slithers of red onion and capers.

Why not try brightening up brownies. Salt is just as good for bringing out sweet flavours as savoury ones. Scatter a bit of pink Himalayan salt directly onto your next batch of brownies or blondies, for extra colour and crunch.

Pink Himalayan salt is a rock salt, not a sea salt. It comes from the salt plains of Pakistan, in the foothills of the legendary mountains.

Hailed as one of the purest salts in the world, it's also the most eye-catching thanks to its naturally pink hue. Every crystal is mined, milled and sieved by hand, as it has been for thousands of years.
